Gipps Street, Richmond comprises of three luxury town residences designed by Cera Stribley Architecture + Interior Design. A statement facade highlighting a diversity of materials and construction techniques integrates the new build within a heritage urban streetscape and signifies the 4 storey homes which each consist of three bedrooms, elevated living, basement retreat, private lift, automated car stackers, and turntable as well as expansive rooftop terraces.

The diverse scope of each of these homes required agile management of various disciplines and trades to unify a vast specification of materials, high-quality appliances, and finishes. A tailored programme, procurement, and construction sequencing methodology were essential due to the limited site access and egress associated with the inner-city location.
